You might think that God and science conflict with each other. I did at one time, but I’ve learned the truth. Religion can sometimes muddle the truth, and try to conflict with science. However, if you are seeking the truth with a blank slate and an open mind, you might be surprised at what conclusions you come out with.

I know a lot of smart people who believe in God. Approximately 70% of modern scientists believe in a Creator. 40% of them believe in a “Personal God” such as the Biblical God. Albert Einstein believed in God, as well. Stephen Hawking says that you cannot rule out God, and that it is a personal choice.

Earth exists within many perfect conditions that allow for live on Earth as we know it. Earth orbits the Sun the perfect distance away. We reside in what is know as the habitable or “goldilocks” zone of our solar system. From what we have observed, the mostly centric orbits of the planets around our Sun is unique to our solar system for now, and is at least rare in our galaxy.

Planet Earth Among The Size Of The Universe

Our galaxy, the Milky Way Galaxy, is composed of anywhere from 180 – 300 billions stars (depending on who you ask). Our Sun is just one of them! Of all the stars in our galaxy, it is estimated that at least 6 billion of them must have solar systems that could host a planet just like Earth.

We haven’t found planets that are similar to Earth yet, but we are just getting started. We are lucky enough to live in a time when we can calculate the date of the universe as we know it. Since all of the galaxies are moving away from each other (at a rate in which we can observe), we can assume that about 15 billion years ago everything was a singularity. 15 billion years is a very long time… hard for most to imagine.

One of the most intelligent minds of our time, Stephen Hawking, does not rule God out. He believes that he has proven that the Universe was created by a process that is governed by the law of science. He says that whether or not you believe that it takes a creator to decree how the laws work in the first place, they are not interfered with once they are set in place.

God Does Communicate To You

God gives us a way to know His truth through the Holy Spirit. We are able to communicate with God, if we approach Him with an open heart – seeking the truth.

If you truly seek the answers to the big questions in life, why rule God out. When you seek life’s answers with God’s guidance, everything becomes clear. This life is about choosing or denying God. God’s ultimate perfect creation has yet to be seen.
