I want to share something with you today that has been a passion of mine for quite a while now and that is crystal healing.

I have practiced Reiki for over 10 years now and incorporated crystal healing with the Reiki.

Gemstones have been used for centuries for healing and each one can help on all levels emotional, mental, spiritual and physical. Have you ever noticed that you are drawn to a particular crystal this is because on a soul level you understand that you need that stone for healing. Go with this because it happens for a reason and it is your intuition.

All crystals need to be cleansed as they store negative emotions and they can become full and if you are wearing the particular crystal it can actually make you feel ill or just really lethargic with no energy.

You can cleanse your stones by putting them out for a full day in the sun or at night on a full moon leaving them out for both is a great way. You can also put your crystals into a container of natural rock salt and be guided to how long they need. Another great way is to take them down to the ocean but make sure that you have them in a net bag so you don’t lose them. Placing them in the ground is also good but I have lost many that way because they feel so at home and can bury themselves.

Over the next few weeks I will write about different stones and their uses and benefits. Each one has many different uses and healing properties.
