So you’re playing your fave game on Xbox 360. Perhaps it’s halo three, perhaps it’s Guitar Hero. All of a sudden the screen freezes up and then goes blank. And what did you know, the green lights on the front of the console turn into 3 red lights.
People will admit that they need more time for exercising in their life. However most people let other things fill up that time. Exercise time is not a time most people look forward to.
