Have you ever asked yourself any of the following questions

what is the meaning of my life or life in general?

What am I here for ?

What is my purpose?

These are all questions I think we ask at different stages of our lives, When things are great, When things seem to be going wrong, or when something tragic happens in our lives.

So many of us search for the answers to our questions in the outside world. We search outside of ourselves when the answers are all within.

Take a look at a small child playing in the garden, Full of lifes energy, exploring the world around in wonder and awe. You can see the child has no inhibitions dancing and singing without a care in the world and certainly not bothered by what others think.
Up until about the age of 7 a child has a very close link with the universal source of energy, They are very spiritual until that age and can just go inside for answers.

So why do we lose the connection as we grow up?
We become conditioned by society and outside influences. Starting with our parents and their views to different things. Then teachers at school, friends and the work collegues. The list goes on. We become slaves to others beliefs and we fail to use our intuition. We all have the ability to know things and to be guided to make the right decisions in life.
When we pray or ask for guidance we expect miracles to happen but we fail to slow down and listen for the answers.
Just take 15 minutes each day to quiet your mind and wait for the answers to come. They could be in the form of a feeling, a vision or just a knowing but they will come.
Quit going through life not knowing what your purpose is and start giving back just a few minutes each day to find out for yourself.
I guarantee after just a short while you will have the answers to so many of lifes questions.
Just sit quietly, Close your eyes and still your mind.
Allow thoughts to come and go and just be patient. Yes it does take practice but don’t you owe yourself that much.
Go on I dare you just try.
Have a terrific week and enjoy your quiet time.
