This is 100% accurate. This is the only thing that works for me. There is no magic pill and gimmic just plain eating right and exercise does it.

Great article! This is very true. There are no shortcuts to reaching optimal health although we always try to find one. And bread is not the enemy and can be a great source of fiber if we just choose the right source like oat bran or wheat.
